Microsoft corporation announced about acquisition of social network LinkedIn. The bag was $26.2 billion or $196 for one share. Business newspaper “Golden Horn ” told about it with reference on official company message.
According to treaty provisions LinkedIn can save own brand, corporate culture and structure of leaders, but executive director Jain Vainer will be submit to Microsoft director general Satie Nadelle.
Nowadays LinkedIn audience is near 433 million people, activity monthly audience size is near 150 million users.
Deal is the biggest absorption in the Microsoft history, 37% of funds available were spent to it. experts consider that LinkedIn function will be integrated in to Microsoft products, thanks to new tools for personnel management on the market.

Microsoft have collaborate with Xamarin for a long time. Some products of this company can be integrated into visual Studio, Microsoft azure , Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility Suite and now they allow developers to create programs for different OS on the base of general code.
